This week’s word is one that’s no doubt familiar to most people. Why am I sharing it, then? Because it’s commonly misspelled!
I expect most everyone reading this today has used this word. But have you ever written it, or seen it written, as “definate”? I have. As Merriam-Webster says, it has “finite” in the word itself. May that be a guide to someone who struggles with getting the spelling correct!
